1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SentimentRisks.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SentimentRisks.com provides real-time GDELT-based media sentiment analysis and AI-generated risk summaries for publicly traded companies. The Service is intended for institutional and professional investors. Reports are generated using publicly available news data and AI interpretation; they do not constitute financial advice.

3. Not Financial Advice

Disclaimer: All sentiment scores, risk summaries, and reports produced by SentimentRisks.com are informational tools only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or any solicitation to buy or sell securities. Past sentiment patterns do not predict future stock performance. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly (Analyst / Portfolio Manager) or annually (Founding Member) via Stripe.
• Founding Member pricing of $3,900/year is locked for the life of your subscription, provided it remains active.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused API calls.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new subscribers with 30 days' notice.

5. Plan Limits & Fair Use

Each plan carries usage limits (e.g., Analyst: 5 tickers, 30 reports/month; Portfolio Manager: unlimited; see pricing page for current limits). Automated scraping, resale of API output, or attempts to circumvent rate limits are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. API Key Security

Your API key grants full access to your account. Keep it confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed under your key. Report suspected compromise immediately to hello@sentimentrisks.com.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Redistribution or resale of report data without written permission
• Using outputs to manipulate markets or spread misinformation
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or bulk-downloading the platform
• Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations

8. Availability & Accuracy

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. GDELT data has inherent coverage gaps; AI-generated summaries may contain errors. We are not liable for decisions made based on Service output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentimentRisks.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.
